CAD Engineer – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Train and assess AI agents operating within a genuine CAD environment on extended engineering assignments.

• Create part geometries.

• Develop reference solutions.

• Evaluate the attempts made by AI agents.

• Collaborate with CFD engineers who simulate the constructed geometry.

• Execute tasks projected to require an expert 10–15 hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of practical, hands-on CAD modeling experience using CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Creo, or similar software.

• Experience in preparing geometry for simulation using ANSYS or similar is highly advantageous.

• Possession of an active professional CAD license (mandatory).

• Proficient in Python and GitHub.

• Proficient in English at B2 level or higher.

• Tasks estimated to require approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
