CAD Engineer – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Train and assess AI agents operating within a real CAD environment on extensive engineering tasks.

• Create part geometries.

• Develop reference solutions.

• Evaluate the attempts made by the AI agents.

• Collaborate with CFD engineers who simulate the constructed geometries.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.

• A Master's or PhD is advantageous.

• Over 5 years of professional, hands-on CAD modeling experience (CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Creo, or similar).

• Experience in preparing geometries for simulation (ANSYS or similar) is highly desirable.

• An active professional CAD license is required.

• Proficient in Python and GitHub.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Estimated workload is around 10–20 hours per week during active phases; however, workload is not guaranteed and applies only while the project is ongoing.
