This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Conduct scheduled case reviews and consultations for care managers regarding psychiatric care for designated child and adolescent patients.
• Deliver written consultation notes with medication suggestions and treatment updates within 24 hours in Mindoula’s Member Registry.
• Facilitate ongoing treatment within primary care and pediatric environments.
• Advocate for transitions to more intensive or specialized mental health services when necessary.
• Provide indirect psychiatric case reviews and consultations.
• Offer non-direct treatment recommendations while ensuring that referring clinicians maintain primary care oversight.
• Educate primary care and pediatric staff and providers on behavioral health conditions and the best practices for integrated care.
• Valid Oregon medical license (mandatory).
• Board Certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (mandatory).
• Strong enthusiasm for integrated, virtual, and measurement-based care models (mandatory).
• Experience in pediatrics (mandatory).
• Willingness to obtain licenses in additional states (preferred, but not required).
• Status as an independent contractor (1099).
