This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the primary owner and leader for designated customer accounts and business units.
β’ Serve as a vital member of the plant leadership team, influencing strategic and operational decisions.
β’ Lead interdisciplinary teams to ensure the successful fulfillment of customer commitments and business goals.
β’ Promote accountability across operations, supply chain, engineering, quality, and finance sectors.
β’ Collaborate with Business Development and Engineering teams to aid in new business endeavors.
β’ Engage in customer meetings, facility tours, site visits, and proposal presentations.
β’ Assist with quoting activities, cost analysis, and proposal formulation for new initiatives.
β’ Oversee customer ramp-up activities post-contract award to guarantee a successful launch and transition into production.
β’ Retain complete accountability for Business Unit financial performance, encompassing revenue, profitability, margin, cash flow, and cost management.
β’ Track financial performance and take necessary actions to meet business objectives.
β’ Assess program profitability, pricing strategies, and opportunities for operational efficiency.
β’ Foster robust customer relationships characterized by performance, transparency, and long-term partnership.
β’ Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and operational assessments with customers.
β’ Ensure effective manufacturing, fulfillment, and product delivery to customers.
β’ Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain teams to fulfill customer needs, delivery commitments, and performance metrics.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
β’ 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, business unit management, program management, general management, finance, or related business development roles.
β’ Experience in managing customer-facing programs with operational and financial responsibility.
β’ Previous experience in automation, robotics, warehouse automation, industrial manufacturing, or complex engineered products is strongly preferred.
β’ Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, forecasting, margin analysis, and cash flow management is preferred.
β’ Knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and program execution is essential.
β’ Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
β’ Strong negotiation and customer management skills are required.
β’ Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are necessary.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
β’ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.
