Business Systems Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations among various enterprise business systems, including Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, ServiceNow, and internal Arctic Wolf platforms.

• Construct and support RESTful APIs, integration services, and data pipelines utilizing contemporary development practices.

• Create and uphold integration workflows through middleware and ETL platforms such as Jitterbit, MuleSoft, Workato, or comparable technologies.

• Enhance and support data synchronization processes between business applications and enterprise data platforms.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, system administrators, and engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration failures, data discrepancies, and performance challenges.

• Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code while engaging in peer reviews and technical discussions.

• Perform duties in alignment with Arctic Wolf Information Security policies, standards, processes, and controls.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in developing and supporting integrations between enterprise applications and data platforms.

• Strong programming skills in object-oriented languages such as Java and/or Apex.

• Practical scripting experience with Python and/or JavaScript.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.

• Experience in designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.

• Experience in supporting data synchronization, integration services, and enterprise workflows.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience with ETL/ELT processes, middleware platforms, and integration frameworks like MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Workato, or similar tools.

• Working knowledge of AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake.

• Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, or streaming technologies such as Kafka.

• Understanding of CRM, ERP, HRIS, and business process workflows.

• Experience in Agile development environments.

• Candidates interviewing remotely are required to be on camera during all video interviews.
