Business Systems Analyst – UX, Wireframing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), leadership, clinical teams, and development stakeholders to assess and document business requirements.

• Conduct interviews with SMEs.

• Design mockups and/or prototypes.

• Create functional specifications, configuration documentation, and requirements documentation.

• Engage in systems testing.

• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

⛳️ Requirements

• Reside and work within the United States.

• Maintain a stable and reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Demonstrate expertise in one of the mockup tools—Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, Axure RP, etc.

• Exhibit proficiency in articulating requirements through mockups and prototypes.

• Have experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Familiarity with Jira or other Scrum management tools is essential.

• Be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Possess 5+ years of experience as a business systems analyst.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree.

• No third-party applications; W2 only.
