Business System Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify business process requirements, explore alternatives, create presentations, drive solutions, achieve consensus, test solutions, and implement solutions tailored to specific business needs.

• Analyze customer requirements to devise and implement customized solutions while offering alternatives.

• Provide informal training during implementation and formal training and support directly to customers as necessary.

• Develop documentation for business processes, training procedures, and standard operating procedures in collaboration with business partners and subject matter experts (SMEs).

• Produce reports, conduct research and data analysis, and communicate findings and trends to management and business partners.

• Promote process improvement through the definition and documentation of business processes.

• Evaluate and document training needs and convey new processes effectively.

• Manage projects for business departments while serving as a liaison and strategic partner with government entities, vendors, corporations, and other divisions.

• Facilitate the implementation of new processes or transition implementation responsibilities to the Project Management Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of issues and apply innovative and effective solutions.

• Capability to assess situations, conduct interviews, formulate questions, and delve for deeper insights and understanding.

• Proficiency in data management.

• Fundamental knowledge of general business, production, and/or operational environments.

• Awareness of general cost-benefit analysis.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong presentation skills.

• Proficient in standard Microsoft applications.
