This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Compassion International to support a multi-year comprehensive donor fundraising campaign as a strategic business partner to the Campaign Director and the campaign team.
• Oversee complex, high-volume schedules for Director-level positions, prioritize commitments, protect designated time, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure long-term visibility.
• Organize and facilitate both on-site and virtual meetings, which includes preparing agendas, securing rooms, gathering materials, managing audiovisual/technology needs, coordinating catering, arranging travel logistics, and creating presentations.
• Draft meeting notes, executive summaries, follow-up documents, and monitor the execution of action items.
• Provide administrative support at the Director level, encompassing proofreading and editing, managing expenses, planning travel, maintaining project lists, organizing digital files, creating campaign talking points, and documenting FAQs.
• Assist with donor campaign fundraising initiatives, special projects, communication efforts, donor stewardship, workstreams, and campaign resources.
• Conduct Salesforce CRM research, perform data analysis, track campaign metrics, support multi-year pledges, log activities, plan, coordinate, and maintain data integrity.
• Create materials for leadership and donor meetings while ensuring accurate and prompt event data coordination with internal teams.
• Process invoice requests and assist with vendor contracts.
• Communicate about business operations and outcomes, aid in change integration, and identify levels of change saturation.
• Train and guide stakeholders on processes, guidelines, opportunities, projects, events, and strategies.
• Develop metrics, data definitions, analyses, dashboards, tools, and artifacts for initiative status reporting.
• Collaborate across functions and contribute to projects that support Business Support management.
• Mentor and provide expertise to fellow professionals and support staff.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent education, experience, training, and/or certification.
• Over 7 years of experience in this or a related field.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to conduct high-impact virtual meetings utilizing advanced skills in Teams and Zoom.
• Experience managing multiple complex calendars/schedules, arranging travel, and handling expenses.
• Technical proficiency and the capability to learn new systems rapidly.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build connections, influence others, and negotiate effectively.
• Proactive mindset and independent work style; capable of navigating uncertainty and executing complex tasks with minimal supervision.
• Passion for providing exceptional support to leaders and teams.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
