This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary customer service representative for the designated area, effectively managing a high volume of incoming requests via email and the integration platform.

• Coordinate and assist with title and operational workflows throughout the entire transaction lifecycle.

• Act as a liaison among internal departments, customers, vendors, and external partners.

• Research, monitor, and resolve customer inquiries, order-related issues, and process exceptions.

• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness, routing items as necessary.

• Maintain precise records and update systems with transaction and operational information.

• Monitor work queues, prioritize requests, and ensure that service-level expectations are consistently met.

• Assist in process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency.

• Support reporting, tracking, scheduling, and other administrative tasks as required.

• Collaborate with team members to address moderately complex issues and escalate concerns appropriately.

• Deliver professional and timely communication to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Over 5 years of experience in title, escrow, mortgage, real estate, customer service, operations, production support, vendor management, or related fields.

• Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with operational systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Knowledge of title and real estate processes is preferred.
