This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Assist the sales team with daily operations, which include creating sales presentations and sell sheets, coordinating programs, engaging with clients and team members, and compiling sales data reports.

• Prepare and manage customer documentation, such as new item forms, promotional forms, and price increase forms.

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness within Albertsons customer systems.

• Keep sales materials—including samples, sell sheets, specifications, IRCs, and others—up to date and easily accessible for the team.

• Undertake additional projects as necessary to meet deadlines for both customers and the sales team.

• Consistently deliver high-quality results for assigned responsibilities and provide further assistance as required by sales team and customer deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) sector.

• Preferred experience with, or the ability to rapidly learn, Albertsons-specific systems and documentation (e.g., Albertsons, APP, Periscope, NOPAS/1WS).

• Familiarity with the food and beverage distribution network and retail environment.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to completing tasks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proven capability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Established ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.

• Experience in coordinating with distributor partners on product setup and promotional plan execution.

• Previous experience directly assisting an Albertsons-focused sales team.
