This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist the DEKRA 2nd Party Audits Group by overseeing administrative functions associated with intricate client accounts and strategic initiatives.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment by actively participating, taking ownership, and adhering to established procedures and policies.
• Aid the Program Manager of Operations with data entry, analytics, scheduling coordination, and auditor assignments.
• Collaborate with internal DEKRA entities to enable the utilization of North American resources for client locations.
• Ensure accurate data entry into operational tools and conduct analysis.
• Monitor, track, and report on business group performance metrics, including status updates and revenue figures.
• Organize client and auditor schedules in accordance with company guidelines.
• Execute additional administrative and operational tasks as required.
• Communicate directly with clients as necessary.
• Report to the Program Manager.
• This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 3 years in administrative or operations support is needed.
• Experience in Automotive, Warranty, sales incentives, Service, Fixed Operations, or collision repair is preferred.
• Proficiency in analyzing data, creating charts, pivot tables, and summaries is necessary.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) are essential.
• SharePoint experience is advantageous.
• Must have the ability to prioritize tasks, self-manage, and initiate work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities with internal and external stakeholders are required.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team in a remote work setting.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through are crucial.
• Process-oriented with robust critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift between 25–50 lbs. (luggage) is required.
• Comfortable with extended periods of work involving computers and phones.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet deadlines or support operations is necessary.
