This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide administrative and customer assistance to the Sales Team

• Generate monthly reports for clients and internal stakeholders

• Welcome and onboard new GPO members

• Assist the National Sales Manager with ad hoc reporting needs

• Offer daily customer support in collaboration with Territory Managers and the GPO team

• Validate new account setup requests and distribute new leads to the Sales Team

• Administer the CRM system and ensure it remains accurate and up to date

• Support the Sales Team with internal customer-related activities

• Maintain a high standard of service for both existing and potential customers

• Collaborate with MWI Internal Teams on opportunities and customer support

• Keep accurate contact information for independent veterinary practices in MWI's CRM and document all practice contacts

• Advocate for customers within operational, customer solutions, and shared services functions

• Represent MWI in meetings with customers and prospects when necessary

• Assist with customer and commercial projects

• Attend industry-related events as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Fixed term contract for 9–12 months

• Clinical experience either as a qualified RVN or through time spent in a veterinary practice

• Strong determination to meet and exceed targets

• Excellent presentation and organizational skills

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Ability to meet deadlines

• Capability to adhere to processes and protocols

• Strong team-oriented mindset

• High attention to detail

• Experience in customer service

• Must participate in industry-related events as required, including some evenings and weekends

• Must be familiar with the Company's standard operating procedures and attend relevant training sessions
