Business Solutions Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Engage in the internship program activities, which include workshops, training sessions, and special projects.

• Support data analytics, perform due diligence on projects, and provide administrative assistance for business intelligence, process improvement, and production management initiatives.

• Collaborate with members of the business solutions team, operations managers, analysts/specialists, and team leaders on real-time business initiatives.

• Prioritize tasks effectively, maintain meticulous attention to detail, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Acquire practical exposure to banking operations, process enhancement, business intelligence, production management, client engagement, and business initiatives.

• Participate in onboarding, mentorship, speaker series, networking events, and community outreach initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Rising Senior expected to graduate in December 2027 or May 2028 is preferred.

• A GPA of 3.4 or higher is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Possess a strong analytical and creative mindset.

• Demonstrate eagerness to learn.

• Experience and/or familiarity with Visio, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power Query is advantageous.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working efficiently under pressure.

• Complete mandatory new hire compliance training and New Employee Orientation.

• Ability to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports.

• Capability to work remotely for 5 days a week, 40 hours a week.
