Business Software Consultant – Travel Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Act as the liaison between esteemed clients and the development team.

• Assess and clarify clients’ needs and requirements.

• Collaborate with clients and developers to create appropriate solutions.

• Serve as the main point of contact for technical inquiries and modification requests.

• Offer ongoing support to clients throughout every phase of the project.

• Ensure quality assurance and approve system customizations following successful testing.

• Document knowledge in internal resources.

• Occasionally travel within Europe to assist clients on-site and enhance relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the travel sector is appreciated but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with reservation systems like Amadeus Altea, Navitaire NewSkies, or quintessence ASGARD/MIDGARD is beneficial but not a requirement.

• Experience with Scrum methodologies is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills.

• A sense of curiosity and a readiness to ask questions.

• A general interest in IT; formal IT expertise is not necessary.

• Proficiency in English is essential.

• Logical and creative thinking capabilities, along with strong problem-solving skills.
