This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and collaborate with clients to utilize the ServiceNow platform, specifically HRSD, to enhance HR service delivery, case management, and employee service processes.
• Act as a vital member of engagement teams dedicated to achieving customer outcomes.
• Facilitate customer design workshops and articulate how leading practices in HR service delivery align with the ServiceNow HRSD module and platform.
• Develop tailored workshop presentations for clients.
• Assist customers in defining and refining HRSD business requirements, including employee/manager service centers, HR case and knowledge management, lifecycle events, and HR document management.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and knowledge transfer materials; support customer review and approval processes.
• Oversee and communicate HR service delivery processes and business requirements to delivery teams.
• Support clients with Organizational Change Management strategies, including HR stakeholder engagement and workforce communication plans.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of HRSD and wider ServiceNow implementation practices.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, including practical HRSD process flow development, configuration, and tuning.
• Proficient knowledge of HRSD capabilities such as employee/manager service centers, HR case management, knowledge management, lifecycle event management, and HR service catalogs.
• Considerable consulting experience within complex, global organizations.
• Capacity to influence and consult in an HR service delivery context.
• Experience in defining and implementing future-state HR service delivery processes.
• Ability to identify solutions related to people, processes, and technology.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in analyzing and recommending HR service delivery strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow customizations beyond standard functionality.
• Extensive documentation and technical writing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Two years of relevant work experience may be substituted for each year of degree-level education.
• Desired: experience with ITSM and ITIL process flow development and tuning on ServiceNow.
• Desired: familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, SPM, ITAM, CSM, or FSM.
• Desired: experience with MS Teams, MS Outlook, MS SharePoint, Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence, and Atlassian Jira Align.
