Business Process Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Facilitate intricate enterprise analysis sessions to collect requirements and develop future-state processes.

• Suggest optimal practices and process efficiencies by utilizing technology and observing market trends.

• Coordinate with project teams to guarantee that solutions fulfill all workstream requirements.

• Provide guidance on options, risks, and the cost-benefit implications of alternative solutions.

• Ensure precise configuration and oversee comprehensive testing, which includes Client User Testing.

• Record and monitor test outcomes, addressing issues swiftly.

• Draft and manage all process documentation and materials related to change management.

• Recognize and implement strategies for process improvement to enhance the implementation methodology.

• Capture and disseminate implementation best practices throughout QWA.

• Collaborate with technical and functional experts to deliver comprehensive, scalable solutions that align with client objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of four (4) years of industry experience within a client program or Managed Service Provider (MSP).

• Between two to four (2-4) years of experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).

• Preferably four (4) or more years of implementation or project experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Proficient in analyzing complex business challenges and designing effective processes.

• Capable of assessing risks, costs, and benefits of various alternative solutions.

• Familiarity with principles of configuration testing and change management.

• Understanding of enterprise-level workflows and system priorities is essential.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and foster consensus.

• Adept at translating business needs into practical solutions.

• Enthusiastic about identifying best practices and promoting process improvements.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
