Business Process Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collect, assess, and document business and functional requirements for FlexPLM process blueprinting and solution design.

• Create process maps, presentation materials, and organized wireframes.

• Aid in test planning by drafting technology-oriented test scenarios and scripts, executing tests, and recording results.

• Develop and update training materials, user guides, presentations, and other supporting documentation.

• Oversee Agile user stories and associated artifacts within designated tracking systems.

• Organize, catalog, and maintain project artifacts, including process maps, gap analyses, test scripts, user manuals, and training documents.

• Support project governance by providing weekly summaries of core team status updates and tracking action items until completion.

• Collaborate with Process Leads, Subject Matter Experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance product development workflows via FlexPLM.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Information Technology, concentrating on business process analysis or systems implementation.

• At least 5 years of practical experience working with FlexPLM in vertically integrated retail organizations.

• Proficient in creating process maps, test documentation, training materials, and presentation content.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and user story management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly documenting intricate processes.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• A methodical, detail-oriented approach to business process analysis.
