This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document both business and functional requirements.
• Convert business needs into well-defined system requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate existing business processes and systems to pinpoint gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Work alongside architects, developers, and product owners to design, configure, and implement effective system solutions.
• Assist in all phases of the system lifecycle, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Lead workshops, interviews, and working sessions to ensure stakeholder alignment on requirements and solution design.
• Create and maintain documentation and artifacts such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), process maps, and data flow diagrams.
• Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the development of test cases and defect triage.
• Ensure that solutions comply with enterprise standards, data governance, and security policies.
• Serve as a change agent by aiding in training, documentation, and user adoption initiatives.
• Track solution performance and suggest system enhancements based on business feedback and metrics.
• 2–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or comparable role.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as CRM/Salesforce, ERP, HRIS, or data/reporting systems.
• Strong background in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and/or SAFe methodologies.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a way that is accessible to business users (and vice versa).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven capability to effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
