This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the enterprise Business Intelligence strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
• Promote and enhance self-service analytics capabilities.
• Establish governance frameworks, certified datasets, reusable semantic models, and standards for enterprise reporting.
• Formulate an adoption strategy that empowers business users while minimizing manual and ad hoc reporting.
• Assess emerging technologies, AI advancements, and industry best practices.
• Set KPIs to measure self-service adoption, platform utilization, analytics maturity, and business value.
• Design and implement solutions utilizing Power BI, Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects, and Databricks.
• Create scalable semantic models, enterprise data models, and governed reporting solutions.
• Define standards related to architecture, security, governance, visualization, and performance optimization.
• Act as the Business Intelligence subject matter expert for the Databricks Lakehouse platform.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on ETL/ELT processes, curated datasets, and reporting models.
• Lead the migration from legacy reporting platforms and the adoption of cloud and AI technologies.
• Implement Azure DevOps, Git, source control, automated deployment, CI/CD, and release management standards.
• Drive initiatives within an Agile framework utilizing Jira and Scrum.
• Mentor and develop Business Intelligence Analysts and Developers.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align analytics initiatives with business objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, or Enterprise Reporting.
• At least 3 years of technical leadership experience guiding enterprise Business Intelligence initiatives or teams.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power BI.
• Expert proficiency in Tableau.
• Expert proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects.
• Expert proficiency in Databricks, including Delta Lake, SQL Warehouses, Unity Catalog, and Lakehouse Architecture.
• Expert proficiency in SQL, enterprise data modeling, semantic modeling, and data warehousing.
• Expertise in Business Intelligence architecture, governance, and enterprise security including RLS/OLS.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and cloud analytics platforms.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, DevOps, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Proven expertise in performance optimization for enterprise reporting solutions.
• Successful track record of implementing enterprise self-service analytics programs.
• Demonstrated experience in leading organizational change and promoting a data-driven culture.
• Experience in establishing Business Intelligence governance, Centers of Excellence, and enterprise best practices.
• Proven success in mentoring Business Intelligence Analysts and technical teams.
• Experience in a dynamic Agile environment using Jira and modern Scrum methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, strategic thinking, and executive presentation skills.
• Successful completion of a role-specific assessment.
• Successful completion of relevant pre-employment screening.

• Must be able to work effectively in a remote, on-camera environment.
