Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Verify metrics, formulas, and calculated fields in UDP against source data and anticipated results.

• Compare UDP figures with PMS data (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, Entrata) to ensure accuracy.

• Detect discrepancies, faulty formulas, or inconsistent metrics and document them clearly for follow-up.

• Monitor existing known issues and their progress until resolution, keeping an up-to-date issue log.

• Collaborate directly with the UDP team to communicate challenges, provide supporting details, and validate solutions.

• Utilize property management expertise (occupancy, delinquency, turnover, NOI) to assess the accuracy of figures.

• Redesign existing dashboards and reports in UDP.

• Implement reports and dashboards as automated, scheduled distributions.

• Assist in reporting design projects by identifying key metrics and optimal methods for visualizing and presenting data.

• Ensure confidentiality of all company and portfolio information in accordance with NDA.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Property Management or related fields is essential!

• Experience in validating metrics and formulas within a BI or reporting platform, beyond merely viewing dashboards.

• Proficiency in constructing reports or dashboards using a BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

• Strong comprehension of property management operations and metrics.

• Familiarity with at least one major PMS (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, or Entrata); knowledge of multiple systems is advantageous.

• Exceptional attention to detail, capable of identifying discrepancies in numbers or formulas.

• Competent in managing multiple open issues to resolution.

• Clear written communication skills for documenting issues and coordinating with vendors.

• Reliable internet connection and personal equipment.

• Availability for some overlap with U.S. business hours is necessary.
