Business Integrity Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of integrity and quality control within the Social Security Solution.

• Recognize integrity, compliance, operational, and business risks, translating them into business requirements, processes, and operational controls.

• Work in conjunction with business and technology stakeholders to assist in solution design and delivery.

• Conduct workshops to gather requirements and lead discussions with stakeholders and clients.

• Create presentations and effectively communicate recommendations to project teams and clients.

• Formulate and propose strategies for risk mitigation, quality controls, and compliance measures.

• Play a role in the ongoing enhancement of integrity, compliance, and quality practices.

• Operate within a matrixed environment to negotiate and facilitate complex solution outcomes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate integrity and quality objectives throughout the solution lifecycle.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

• Support the delivery of intricate public sector and financial services solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing citizen-facing public service solutions (such as Social Security, Social Services, Taxation, Customs, Grants, or equivalent) or banking/financial services solutions.

• Proficient in business process design and requirements gathering.

• Experienced in preparing presentation materials and leading discussions with clients.

• Strong skills in stakeholder facilitation and workshop leadership.

• Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed environment and negotiating complex solutions.

• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for assessing risks and translating them into actionable requirements, processes, and controls.

• Security Clearance: Reliability or higher is required at the time of application.
