This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Establish connections with small business owners at both local and national levels

• Provide prospective clients with information regarding referral websites and funding applications

• Inform business owners about various alternative funding solutions available to them

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media engagement, and community outreach initiatives

• Maintain professional communication by following up with potential clients

• Advocate for funding opportunities tailored to entrepreneurs and growing businesses

• Option to create and mentor a referral team to enhance earning potential

• Introduce business owners to revenue-based funding options for needs such as working capital, growth, expansion, equipment, marketing, payroll, and other business necessities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-driven and focused on achieving goals

• Comfortable engaging with business owners and networking

• Fundamental computer and internet proficiency

• Ability to work independently and organize your schedule effectively

• Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development is beneficial but not mandatory

• Open to coaching and eager to learn

• No previous lending experience is necessary
