
Business Enhancement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee multiple simultaneous business projects and associated activities to achieve specified outcomes.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and governance routines across various initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional and external resources to fulfill deliverables and facilitate operational transitions.
• Provide executive-level status reports that include progress updates, risks, issues, decisions, and budget-to-actual insights.
• Enhance project management templates, controls, and reporting methodologies.
• Mediate decisions regarding scope, staffing, and issue resolution across delivery partners.
• Identify and apply efficiency enhancements that reduce delivery costs, cycle times, or execution challenges.
• Validate post-implementation results and document lessons learned.
• Lead strategic initiatives by establishing objectives and requirements, sequencing workstreams, and coordinating governance and resources.
• Convert business needs into actionable requirements, use cases, backlog priorities, design, and delivery decisions.
• Guide solution decisions by assessing process and system impacts and collaborating with delivery teams.
• Develop and uphold change management policies, standards, and procedural documentation.
• Assess change requests for risk and impact, identify dependencies, and recommend control measures.
• Create and manage a product roadmap that drives objectives for desired outcomes.
• Utilize knowledge of health system operations and supply chain processes to inform requirements and change decisions.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 8 years of experience in change management, process improvement, project management, or a related field is required.
• Experience in change management within business and IT operations, including policy, standard, and governance design.
• Familiarity with SDLC concepts and the progression of changes through build, test, and release phases.
• Understanding of testing concepts and test tools, including evidence capture methods.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance testing concepts as they apply to IT changes and controls.
• Awareness of desktop services and endpoint support concepts pertinent to operational changes.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with technical and business stakeholders.
• Capacity to resolve process and tooling issues through structured problem-solving and conceptual thinking.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; capable of managing multiple changes concurrently.
• Ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines in a production operations environment.
• Capability to balance speed of delivery with compliance and control requirements.
• Proficiency in working collaboratively across IT and business teams to achieve standard, repeatable change outcomes.
• Skill in building and maintaining a product roadmap that drives objectives for desired outcomes.
• A master's degree is preferred.
• PMP, Agile methodology certification (such as CSM or SAFe Agile), continuous improvement certification (Lean or Six Sigma), CAPM, or equivalent certification is preferred.
