Business Director, Metal Packaging

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Oversee short-term planning, execution, and daily performance within the Metal Packaging sector

• Manage financial outcomes, operational enhancements, cost control, business planning, and forecasting activities

• Execute initiatives related to pricing, profitability, portfolio management, business improvements, and supply chain efficiency

• Propel go-to-market strategies and tactics

• Achieve financial targets for the segment

• Foster the innovation pipeline through the ADP process

• Spearhead initiatives in pricing, product, and portfolio management

• Coordinate and implement supply chain and AO activities

• Optimize costs associated with freight, raw materials, manufacturing, and other expense factors

• Cultivate high-level customer relationships

• Establish and promote Key Success Indicators (KSIs)

• Oversee projects related to segment initiatives

• Collaborate with suppliers and OEMs to gain a competitive edge

• Engage daily with AE, BD, Sales, and KAM teams relevant to the segment

• Enhance customer experience for the segment

• Provide support to Mexico and channels concerning segment-specific challenges
