This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Develop and implement customer account strategies that align with business objectives and foster sales growth.
• Serve as a bridge between customers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure effective coordination and timely delivery of orders, projects, and services.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders through regular follow-up, proactive communication, and resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to create and present proposals, business plans, and sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Work in tandem with marketing, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and customer service to synchronize business development initiatives with company goals and client needs.
• Perform market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitive challenges.
• Track and assess sales performance, offering insights and recommendations for enhancements.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience is essential.
• A proven history of success in business development, sales operations, or similar roles.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven experience in managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and thorough follow-up.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
