This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +3 more states.
• Develop and execute sales initiatives, meet sales objectives, foster growth, and enhance our presence within the designated territory.
• Acquire new partners, including tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, and OTAs, while providing system training.
• Establish and nurture enduring relationships with both new and existing partners.
• Oversee a designated partner portfolio, providing first-level support.
• Engage with current partners, deliver system training, and explore opportunities to enhance collaboration.
• Prepare, implement, and manage commercial agreements, ensuring all documentation and technical setups are in place.
• Monitor partners’ adherence to commercial terms, including payment processes.
• Allocate approximately 50% of working hours to business travel, client meetings, industry events, and other business-related activities.
• Conduct market analysis and assess the competitive landscape.
• Provide regular detailed reporting through CRM and internal systems.
• Initiate API agreements with both potential and existing partners.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in the complete sales lifecycle within the travel sector, with a focus on business development and B2B account management.
• Thorough understanding of the regional travel market and B2B travel networks, including tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, and OTAs.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time may be necessary.
• Strong numerical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, and comfortable with innovative technology in a rapidly evolving business environment.
• Ability to navigate and work effectively across diverse cultural contexts.
• Experience with API technology deals is advantageous.
