This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Proactively identify and evaluate new leads and potential borrowers.
• Conduct 20-30 outbound calls daily to real estate investors, builders, and property developers.
• Engage with prospective clients to present New Silver’s short-term loan offerings.
• Schedule appointments for the internal sales team by organizing meetings with qualified leads.
• Efficiently manage lead data, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent communication with prospects.
• Inform potential clients on how New Silver’s products can enhance their real estate investment or development initiatives.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, real estate, or financial services.
• Experience in the U.S. real estate market is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication abilities with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients.
• Soft skills are essential; we appreciate a willingness to learn and a positive, proactive mindset.
• A neutral or light accent is preferred, as the role involves interacting with U.S.-based clients.
