This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +18 more states.
β’ Generate new business opportunities by scheduling meetings with qualified contacts at US employers.
β’ Conduct 80-100 cold calls daily.
β’ Proficiently use Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
β’ Compose high-touch emails that showcase excellent written communication abilities.
β’ Identify pain points by researching companies on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and corporate websites.
β’ Schedule a minimum of 3-7 qualified meetings each week (varies based on territory and product).
β’ Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to find contacts and conduct research, adding 30-50 new prospects to the sequence daily.
β’ Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with your team and other departments to enhance sales processes.
β’ Report to your designated manager to devise more effective and innovative sales strategies.
β’ Turn cold calls into engaging and informative conversations.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound outreach.
β’ Comfortable engaging with high-level executives over the phone.
β’ Exhibit a strong sense of diligence and accountability.
β’ Possess an aptitude for research and discovery.
