Senior Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire proposal development lifecycle, encompassing opportunity evaluation, capture planning, proposal creation, submission, and internal monitoring.

• Lead proposal strategy discussions and guide cross-disciplinary teams in crafting compelling, compliant, and customer-centric solutions.

• Organize proposal timelines, task assignments, reviews, and final production activities to guarantee high-caliber submissions.

• Collaborate with operational leaders, subject matter experts, and executives to devise innovative, competitive solutions.

• Manage conference planning, logistics, exhibitor activities, and outreach initiatives while representing Comagine Health to potential clients and partners.

• Offer coaching, mentoring, and cross-training to development managers, operational personnel, and subject matter experts.

• Assist in continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing proposal development processes and business development operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.

• At least eight (8) years of experience in business development, proposal management, capture management, marketing, or a related field.

• A minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience overseeing project teams or proposal teams.

• Proven experience in leading complex proposal initiatives with cross-functional teams.

• Strong project management, communication, and facilitation abilities.

• Experience with government contracting, healthcare consulting, or healthcare services organizations is highly preferred.
