This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to create a qualified pipeline for the Enterprise Sales team.
• Identify, research, and connect with target accounts and senior decision-makers within enterprise organizations in the DACH region.
• Develop and manage structured outreach sequences utilizing CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and AI-driven prospecting tools.
• Assess inbound and outbound opportunities through discovery calls employing structured methodologies such as BANT and MEDDPICC.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to align on account prioritization, outreach strategies, and the smooth transition of qualified opportunities.
• Engage confidently with C-level executives, VPs, and senior stakeholders, articulating the value proposition of FirstSpirit and Rezolve AI.
• Ensure accurate CRM documentation, monitor pipeline progression, and consistently achieve outreach, conversion, and meeting KPIs.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Product teams to follow up on leads, share market insights, and support strategies for pipeline growth.
• 1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales position, preferably in the enterprise SaaS or technology sector.
• Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or surpassing outbound activity, pipeline generation, and meeting KPIs.
• Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers at the enterprise level.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities in both German and English.
• Commercially driven, with a keen interest in enterprise sales, digital transformation, and technology.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Practical experience with CRM platforms and contemporary sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or Salesloft.
• Familiarity with structured qualification methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) and knowledge of CMS, DXP, AI-powered sales tools, or the DACH enterprise markets is considered a significant advantage.
