This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
β’ Identify potential new clients and convert leads into new business opportunities.
β’ Oversee the sales process from initial research to program execution.
β’ Manage client onboarding and offer support during the transition phase.
β’ Cultivate strong relationships with clients and act as a liaison with other departments.
β’ Engage in client meetings, deliver presentations, and conduct training seminars.
β’ Forecast and track client sales, assess operations, and propose process enhancements.
β’ Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; MBA is preferred.
β’ Five years of relevant experience in a business setting, ideally in direct selling, sales management, or sourcing management within the consumer products sector.
β’ A minimum of five years of experience in consumer products businesses is preferred.
β’ Knowledge and general competency in technical regulations, standards, and compliance.
β’ Ability to interpret technical data and convey it in easily understandable terms.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
β’ Must possess, or quickly establish, executive-level relationships with major retailers.
β’ Home office-based position.
β’ Extensive travel required (up to 30%).
