This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Engage and cultivate long-term sales and service solutions within the FMS Air Force/Space Force program offices.
• Analyze market trends, collect intelligence, and identify new requirements and program initiations.
• Develop innovative solutions in response to shifts in the market.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline effectively.
• Represent ADS with program offices, logistics consolidation points, and contracting offices within designated territories.
• Research and expand business within assigned program offices and related accounts.
• Investigate and pinpoint upstream business development opportunities from currently active accounts.
• Identify program needs and objectives clearly.
• Determine initial purchases, priorities, manufacturers, product categories, and technologies.
• Identify preferred and optimal procurement methods.
• Comprehend FMS and office-specific processes, mirroring them where feasible.
• Understand and convey contract formatting for FMS processes.
• Structure comprehensive solutions for various FMS case types.
• Understand and communicate FMS post-order due diligence to all levels of customer hierarchy.
• Lead all large-scale solicitations effectively.
• Conduct thorough market and industry analysis.
• Stay informed on global events.
• Create and establish enduring sales and service solutions.
• A minimum of 5 years of Military/DOD Sales experience.
• International Commercial sales experience is preferred.
• Legal access to export-controlled information under US laws.
• 5 years of experience with MS Office tools, email, etc.
• Willingness to learn and implement ADS selling techniques.
• Ability to develop and enhance existing relationships while recognizing new customers.
• A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred, though prior sales and military experience may be considered.
• Comfortable engaging in conversations with anyone.
• Possess a competitive and winning mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others.

• Understanding of the Government Acquisition process and contracting.
• Maintain a professional and polished demeanor.

• Willingness to travel extensively: 50–75% or 2–3 weeks each month.
