This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Identify and cultivate new applications within the realm of semiconductor equipment (e.g., Etch, Deposition, CMP, test sockets).
• Establish and oversee a strong pipeline of specification-driven opportunities across OEMs and fabs.
• Participate early in design cycles to impact material selection and achieve specification victories.
• Convert intricate process challenges (e.g., plasma exposure, chemical resistance, contamination) into high-value solutions.
• Cultivate strong relationships with engineering, design, and supply chain stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to validate applications and enhance customer value.
• Facilitate adoption throughout the entire value chain, including OEMs, fabs, machine shops, and distribution partners.
• Position Vespel® as a solution that enhances yield, uptime, and total cost of ownership.
• Minimum: 5+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, or application engineering in one or more of the following: Semiconductor equipment, Advanced materials, Precision components, or engineered plastics.
• Demonstrated ability to influence OEM specifications and drive growth based on applications.
• Strong technical and commercial insight with the skill to convert engineering challenges into business opportunities.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, or a related field).
• Experience working directly with semiconductor OEMs and fabs.
• Familiarity with semiconductor processes (Etch, Deposition, CMP, Testing).
• Experience navigating intricate value chains, including distributors and manufacturing partners.
