This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take charge of the top-of-funnel outreach initiatives that enhance our sales pipeline.
• Partner with the Marketing team to identify, nurture, and engage with the most promising prospects.
• Analyze key prospects by mapping out their companies, roles, and relevant individuals.
• Craft personalized messages that encourage engagement and conversation.
• Utilize LinkedIn invites, InMail, emails, calls, and other methods to establish trustworthy contacts.
• Act as a representative of our company, showcasing our products, services, and culture to clients.
• Aid in promoting Nomagic's presence at industry trade shows and marketing events.
• Proactively offer suggestions to enhance our funnel activities to boost conversion rates.
• Strong drive, with the ability to listen actively and ask insightful questions.
• Previous experience in business development or marketing is highly advantageous.
• Background in the warehouse/logistics sector is a significant plus.
• Self-motivated and ambitious, you are a summit climber eager to achieve goals.
• Proficiency in Spanish or Italian (native or near-native) and business-fluent English.
• Capability to thrive in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
• Familiarity with automated sales processes that incorporate AI while maintaining a personal touch.
• Experience with HubSpot is beneficial.
