
Business Development Manager – E-Fulfillment Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Act as the product and application “expert” for both existing and new products/solutions related to e-Fulfillment operations.
• Proactively seek and pursue opportunities for new products with decision-makers and influencers at all levels within e-Fulfillment organizations.
• Identify suitable applications for assigned products in fulfillment centers; carry out needs-development activities to ensure that requirements are well understood by all customer stakeholders.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key personnel at the fulfillment center level.
• Meet assigned revenue and contribution margin targets for designated product lines.
• Oversee the sales process from needs development through to the implementation of IPG solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints by implementing IPG process improvements and facilitating the execution of solutions.
• Organize site visits with relevant IPG functional representatives.
• Showcase expertise in all customer communications, including implementation, execution, best practices, products and features, and partnerships.
• Provide forecasts for assigned product lines upon request.
• Act as a field feedback resource for the development of new products.
• Engage in the development, launch, and marketing of new products and services as directed.
• Collaborate with department managers and corporate staff to formulate long-term business plans for customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Create and maintain forecast models.
• Communicate effectively in face-to-face interactions with customers, maintaining a results-driven approach.

• Demonstrate flexibility and a readiness to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
• A Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from an accredited university or college is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development within the packaging industry, ideally focused on e-Fulfillment businesses.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven strong and consistent attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive customer service orientation; a team player capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Must be able to travel independently by air or vehicle; approximately 50%+ travel is required.
