
Business Development Manager – E-Fulfillment Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Act as the product and application “expert” for both existing and new products/solutions that pertain to e-Fulfillment operations.
• Proactively identify and pursue potential new product opportunities with decision-makers and influencers at all levels within e-Fulfillment organizations.
• Explore fulfillment centers for applications relevant to assigned products; engage in needs-development activities to ensure that all customer stakeholders clearly understand the requirements.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key personnel at the fulfillment center level.
• Meet assigned revenue and contribution margin objectives for specific product lines.
• Oversee the sales process from needs assessment to the implementation of IPG solutions.
• Resolve customer concerns by implementing IPG process improvements and facilitating the application of solutions.
• Organize site visits with pertinent IPG functional representatives.
• Showcase expertise in all customer communications, covering implementation, execution, best practices, products and features, and partnerships.
• Provide forecasts for designated product lines as needed.
• Act as a field feedback resource for the development of new products.
• Engage in the creation, launch, and marketing of new products and services as directed.
• Work together with department managers and corporate staff to formulate long-term business strategies for customers.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models.
• Communicate effectively during face-to-face customer interactions with a results-oriented approach.
• Exhibit resilience and a positive attitude, with the capability to transform challenges into opportunities.
• Show flexibility and a readiness to quickly adapt to changing priorities.
• A Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from an accredited university or college is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development within the packaging sector, ideally supporting e-Fulfillment businesses.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven strong and consistent attention to detail.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive customer service orientation; a team player capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Must be able to travel independently by air or vehicle; approximately 50%+ travel is required.
