This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Create and execute a strategic prospecting plan targeting high-value accounts.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Management Team and Sales Engineer to make well-informed pricing decisions based on competitive spending analysis, service requirements, and future commitments.
• Work alongside internal resources, including support teams, account executives, and category specialists, to fulfill customer needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Develop and present engaging presentations customized to the needs of prospects, both virtually and face-to-face.
• Formulate a sales strategy aimed at large potential clients, utilizing collaboration with category specialists to close deals effectively.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of Staples’ products and services to effectively address customer challenges.
• Employ designated sales tools to prioritize tasks, record customer interactions, and enhance efficiency.
• Over 3 years of experience in business development.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
