This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Strategically engage in generating new business prospects through proactive outbound outreach.
• Identify potential clients that align with the company's target profile.
• Develop consultative strategies to spark initial interest in the offered solutions.
• Open new avenues, qualify leads, and consistently enhance the sales pipeline with opportunities.
• Track performance metrics, including contact volume, SQLs generated, meetings arranged, and conversion rates.
• Outbound Prospecting: Identify and connect with organizations that fit the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) through email, LinkedIn, phone, and WhatsApp.
• Lead Qualification: Evaluate commercial viability, event suitability, and organizational interest.
• Commercial Research: Conduct market mapping, identify companies, decision-makers, and sponsorship possibilities.
• Sales Tools: Proficient in using HubSpot, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Decision-maker Mapping: Identify C-level executives, Directors, and Heads responsible for procurement.
• Sales Communication: Craft clear, consultative, and convincing verbal and written communications.
• Product Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive understanding of the events portfolio, sponsorship formats, and Blueprintt's unique value propositions.
• CRM Management: Record activities, update the sales pipeline, and maintain data integrity.
• KPI Analysis: Monitor metrics such as contacts engaged, SQLs generated, meetings scheduled, and conversion rates.
• Use of Artificial Intelligence: Leverage AI tools for research, outreach personalization, and productivity enhancements.
