This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a successful strategy aimed at increasing revenue, enhancing profitability, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Identify market trends—perform comprehensive market research to discover new opportunities, sectors, and customer demands.
• Engage directly—organize and conduct meetings with potential clients to present our solutions and gain insight into their objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate sales, revenue, invoices, and key performance indicators to facilitate ongoing improvements.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline that aligns with the company's targets and goals, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities.
• Offer timely and dependable feedback, along with outstanding after-sales support to cultivate lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Deliver compelling, value-oriented presentations that establish New Age as the preferred partner.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in third party logistics (3PL) or freight brokerage sales and operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients concurrently.
• Strong aptitude for customer sales and proficiency in handling multiple operational tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent typing skills.
• Competency in data analysis.
• Capability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility to shift between tasks efficiently throughout the day.
• A collaborative team player with the ability to influence execution.
• Strong sense of urgency and drive.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various execution methods.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Travel may be necessary based on operational and client requirements.
