This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Identify, evaluate, and formulate new global full clinical service strategic initiatives.
• Execute practical and achievable plans to meet or surpass annual revenue targets that align with the company’s growth ambitions.
• Proactively seek and secure new business prospects and/or enhance services with current clients.
• Establish and nurture positive relationships, ensuring regular interactions with key decision-makers within prospective and client organizations, including their Clinical Operations, Outsourcing, Procurement, and C-Suite executives.
• Represent the Company at significant conferences, trade shows, and networking events to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Efficiently maintain all pipeline data from initial prospecting through to contract closure in the company’s CRM database.
• Over 10 years of sales or business development experience, including a minimum of 6 years in global full-service CROs.
• A well-established network of decision-makers within the life sciences sector.
• Proven experience in selling to, presenting to, and fostering relationships with senior management and C-level stakeholders.
• Exceptional negotiation abilities with a demonstrated history of closing complex, multi-million-dollar business transactions.
• Strong and persuasive presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Capability to comprehend internal business requirements, analyze business challenges, and propose swift and effective high-level solutions.
• Results-oriented with a confirmed ability to handle multiple engagements at different stages in the sales process.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Biotechnology, or Business Administration; an MBA is advantageous.
