This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Acquire new business through targeted sales efforts.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle with clients.
• Collaborate with front line managers to secure business or enhance service offerings.
• Spearhead the identification of new customer leads and the sales process to secure new accounts.
• Take ownership of and drive the development of DW strategic sales initiatives.
• Contribute to and advance the Division’s sales strategy, planning, and key priorities.
• Deliver impactful professional sales presentations.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-sized clients.
• Work in partnership with Dealer Tire sales colleagues.
• Foster growth and retention among current customers.
• Actively seek out opportunities and offer solutions that meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with District Operations Managers and Area Operations Managers to guarantee customers receive a five-star experience.
• Engage in operational huddles and management routines to ensure effective alignment, integration, and collaboration across teams.
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated sales experience in a comparable sales environment.
• Experience in the auto and reconditioning industry is preferred.
