This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Accountable for the growth and enhancement of new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients.
• Provides strategic direction for comprehensive business planning.
• Identifies and cultivates sales prospects, overseeing the sales process until contract completion.
• Prepares and delivers client presentations tailored to specific projects.
• Acts as a liaison between the client and the company on all sales activities and needs.
• Aids in the creation of promotional materials to enhance company visibility.
• Collaborates closely with Project Management and Finance to forge strategic partnerships with clients.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, science, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 to 10 years of experience in selling services within the CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sectors.
• In-depth understanding of the clinical research process and its requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Experience in proposal development, contract negotiation, and closure.
• Quick learner with the capability to understand project requirements efficiently.
• Adaptable with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Previous experience with Salesforce is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
