📋 Description

• Take charge of managing the relationships with the GC and earthwork-sub design partners. Identify, engage, qualify, and finalize partnerships from start to finish.

• Spend dedicated time on active job sites to assess earthwork, understand the work being done, and foster trust with the personnel involved.

• Establish strong, trustworthy relationships at all levels, particularly in the field: superintendents, foremen, operators, and equipment managers, as well as PMs and executives.

• Navigate the complexities of GC procurement, subcontracting frameworks, licensing, and COI requirements to facilitate the mobilization of machinery.

• Serve as a liaison between partners and our internal product, operations, and engineering teams, relaying field realities back to the roadmap.

• Assist in refining our ideal customer profile, segmentation, and prioritization of partners based on insights gathered in the field.

• Keep a well-organized pipeline with disciplined forecasting and clear reporting.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in construction, earthwork, or heavy civil; highly comfortable on a dynamic job site, possessing field credibility, particularly concerning earthwork scope, and able to engage in substantive discussions with supers, foremen, operators, and equipment managers; able to scope work in the field and discuss schedules and production realistically.

• At least 2 years of experience working closely with construction technology, whether in a sales/deployment role or as a GC/sub-side buyer or champion responsible for its implementation.

• Significant experience in business development; adept at managing quotas and pipelines at various stages of the deal cycle with the capability to sell, maintain, and expand partnerships.

• Proven track record of surpassing goals and finding ways to accomplish tasks quickly and effectively.

• Strong understanding of GC procurement and subcontracting frameworks, including the processes of bidding, awarding, and mobilizing sites.

• Demonstrated adaptability and resilience, comfortable navigating early-stage ambiguity without a predefined playbook.

• Low ego, high ownership; proactive in finding creative solutions and willing to take initiative without being prompted.

• Willingness to travel frequently to active sites and partner headquarters.
