• Analyze financial, customer, and market data.

• Generate well-founded action recommendations.

• Conduct market assessments and potential analyses.

• Identify opportunities, risks, and areas for growth.

• Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for management.

• Collaborate closely with local management teams and relevant stakeholders.

• Implement and enhance group-wide standards and processes.

• Coordinate cross-border projects effectively.

• Ensure a consistent data foundation.

• Assist in the introduction and utilization of controlling tools.

• Further develop existing management tools and KPIs.

• Optimize processes and enhance data quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in business administration, preferably with a specialization in controlling, finance, or economics, or a comparable qualification.

• Initial professional experience in controlling, finance, or a related field is advantageous; highly motivated career starters are also encouraged to apply.

• Some experience with Power Query.

• Familiarity with large data sets (Big Data).

• Proficient knowledge of MS Excel.

• Confident in using PowerPoint and Outlook.

• Excellent communication skills, a strong service orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively in intercultural teams.

• Self-directed and entrepreneurial work approach.

• Eagerness to quickly learn new topics and grasp complex interrelations.

• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
