Business Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Analyze financial, customer, and market data.

• Formulate well-supported recommendations for action.

• Perform market and potential analyses.

• Identify opportunities, risks, and areas for growth.

• Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for management.

• Work alongside local management teams and key contacts to implement and enhance group-wide standards and processes.

• Manage cross-border projects.

• Ensure a consistent data foundation.

• Assist in the implementation and utilization of controlling tools.

• Further develop existing management tools and KPIs.

• Streamline processes and enhance data quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration or a related field, preferably with a focus on controlling, finance, or economics, or an equivalent qualification.

• Initial professional experience in controlling, finance, or a similar environment is advantageous; motivated career starters are encouraged to apply.

• Basic experience with Power Query.

• Experience handling large datasets (Big Data).

• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.

• Proficient in PowerPoint and Outlook.

• Strong written and spoken German skills.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Effective communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work efficiently in intercultural teams.

• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial work approach.

• Capability to manage complex structures and quickly adapt to new topics.
