Business Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support in identifying customer needs and key stakeholders involved in the purchasing decision process.

• Evaluate prospects based on Kinaxis’ capabilities and relevance.

• Develop and present customized demonstrations utilizing customer-supplied data to meet immediate requirements.

• Configure specialized Maestro resources, such as workbooks, task flows, and scorecards, as necessary.

• Create and provide additional presentation materials tailored for customer-focused demonstrations.

• Adhere to the sales process and ensure that all key deliverables are met.

• Offer insights to product management regarding product deficiencies and areas for improvement.

• Generate sales transition documentation for Professional Services.

• Engage in “Sales to Services” transition meetings to guarantee a smooth transfer of newly acquired accounts.

• Relay product enhancements and recommendations that arise from field experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in supply chain management, implementation, or enterprise pre-sales.

• Expertise in one or more of the five primary industries served: Automotive, High-Tech, Pharma/Lifesciences, Aerospace and Defense, CPG.

• Understanding of supply chain fundamentals, industry best practices, and available solutions in the SCM/ERP sector.

• Experience with manufacturing software, particularly in manufacturing scheduling solutions, is highly advantageous.

• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and time management skills.

• Highly adaptable with a proactive approach.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities and excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently while being part of a team.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
