Business Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Interact with clients to collect and assess business requirements, goals, and challenges.

• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and interviews to gain insights into client processes and workflows.

• Convert client needs into actionable implementation plans and solution designs.

• Customize and configure software solutions, ensuring integration with existing systems and third-party applications.

• Conduct testing and validation of configurations to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.

• Lead or assist in implementation and deployment activities, overseeing timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, sales, product management, support, development teams, and stakeholders.

• Offer technical guidance during go-live, system integration, and user acceptance testing.

• Provide product training and workshops for client stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, and user guides.

• Enable knowledge transfer and offer ongoing support to clients.

• Foster and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor.

• Identify opportunities for additional services, upselling, and cross-selling.

• Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and resolve concerns.

• Share internal feedback on product improvements based on client interactions and market insights.

• Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practice development across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• A Master’s degree is advantageous.

• 3–5 years of experience in professional services, consulting, or technical implementation roles, ideally in software or technology.

• Expertise in software configuration, system integration, and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or other project management frameworks.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Customer-centric approach.

• Capability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adhere to deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.

• Willingness to travel occasionally to client locations for onsite engagements.
