Business Consultant, 6 Months Contract

📋 Description

• Provide value to clients by implementing and leveraging the Bloomreach Engagement Platform.

• Collect business requirements throughout the implementation process.

• Prepare data structures and oversee data migration activities.

• Implement automated programs.

• Offer strategic advice to clients regarding e-commerce, analytics, data management, digital marketing, marketing automation, email, and mobile technologies.

• Cultivate client relationships while maximizing platform utilization, KPIs, and ROI.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to develop business strategies and roadmaps.

• Establish yourself as a subject-matter expert on the Bloomreach Engagement platform.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the business consultancy practice in the DACH, Nordics, UK, or Benelux regions.

• Assist in the continuous improvement of client websites, shops, and applications.

• Conduct audits of web pages and online shops; design, manage, and assess A/B tests.

• Educate clients on utilizing the CDP platform and preparing business reports.

• Oversee the implementation of client applications, websites, and online shops.

• Engage with clients through online channels and in-person visits.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance daily work efficiency.

• Collaborate with internal teams on product-focused services and process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing roles in B2B and/or B2C environments as a vendor, agency representative, in-house eCommerce professional, SaaS employee, or consultant.

• Capability to independently organize work, manage multiple customer initiatives, and navigate unclear situations.

• A consulting mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions, ask insightful questions, and act as a trusted advisor.

• A strong sense of curiosity and a desire to learn.

• Proficient in stakeholder and relationship management skills.

• Business proficiency in the English language.
