Business Analytics Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Facilitate workstreams and teams on IT initiatives to ensure alignment of solutions with client business objectives.

• Act as a subject-matter expert and intermediary between clients and both technical and non-technical internal staff.

• Convert requirements into tangible outcomes.

• Distribute tasks among teams.

• Guide and oversee project team members.

• Plan, design, and enhance intricate business processes and modifications.

• Optimize workflows between clients and technical staff.

• Identify, document, and manage the implementation of system requirements.

• Assist in quality control processes.

• Review and confirm test outcomes to ensure compliance with requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of nine years of experience as a business analyst or 'requirements translator' bridging technical and non-technical personnel.

• At least three years of experience in Medicaid and Medicare is preferred.

• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel features, including macros and/or relational database software.

• Ability to effectively and succinctly convey technical requirements to a non-technical audience.

• Experience with business processes and re-engineering.

• A strong desire to tackle complex challenges.

• Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging and influencing clients and team members.

• Leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate and coach less experienced team members.
