Business Analyst – Web Applications, CRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with business stakeholders and end users to comprehend business needs and convert them into precise requirements.

• Collect and document both functional and technical requirements for web and front-end applications.

• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional documentation.

• Collaborate with software developers, QA, product, and business teams throughout the entire development lifecycle.

• Gain an understanding of system interactions that involve front-end applications, APIs, middleware, and CRM platforms.

• Analyze, interpret, and assist in defining API request/response payloads and data structures.

• Provide support for requirements related to system integrations and data exchanges between applications.

• Take part in backlog refinement, prioritization, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.

• Assess existing business processes and pinpoint opportunities for workflow and process enhancements.

• Ensure consistency between business expectations and technical execution.

• Aid in clarifying requirements throughout the stages of development, testing, and delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a comparable role.

• Demonstrated experience in gathering requirements for front-end and web applications.

• Extensive experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders, end users, and software development teams.

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, middleware, integrations, and system-to-system communication.

• Proficiency in reading and defining JSON request/response payloads and data structures.

• Required experience with CRM platforms.

• Background in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Professional-level English communication skills.

• Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft ecosystem technologies, CRM integrations, workflow automation, Power BI, Figma, Miro, Visio, or Lucidchart.

• Nice to have: Previous experience working with U.S.-based clients or distributed international teams.

• Nice to have: Experience in Real Estate, Property Management, or related sectors.
